Hospice Care Services

Working in collaboration with Medicare-certified hospice agencies, the Ladies Home provides eight hospice beds for women and men with end-of-life needs. The Ladies Home also has respite beds available.

Residents receive individualized services and compassionate care in an intimate setting. Under the coordination of a licensed registered nurse with comprehensive hospice experience, a team of professional staff and qualified caregivers provide personalized, 24-hour care.  Additionally, the Ladies Home has trained and dedicated volunteers that are also available to provide additional empathy and support to residents and their loved ones.

Palliative Care Services

The palliative care services provided by the Ladies Home focus on helping residents and families achieve the best possible quality of life when dealing with life-threatening illness.

Health care professionals are available to assist residents and family members with coordinating palliative care services. Mindful caregivers provide around-the-clock assistance to residents.  Daily care and activities are individualized to promote the resident's comfort and allow enjoyment of life.

A Compassionate and Caring Environment

Licensed by the State of California as a 74-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE), the Ladies Home provides these special programs to meet the chronic and end-of-life care needs of residents.

Each large, private room provides a serene environment where residents and their family and friends can spend time together, free from worries. Special amenities, guest rooms, and quiet areas are available to support those who wish to stay close to their loved ones.
